Jude is a true outdoorsman. He weighs heavily the decision to buy a new pair of hiking boots or a new set of brushes. For the most part, those decisions lean in favor of outdoor equipment. Fresh sources of inspiration are the wellspring of any artist, as they renew and regenerate, reinvigorating the mind for the next creative endeavour.

Jude well understands that creativity is as much inspiration as it is divine reaffirmation: doing something you know how to do in a totally new environment stretches both muscles familiar and those newly discovered. He is an avid skier, mountain biker, trail runner, rock & ice climber and pure adventurist who enjoys soaking in natural hot springs at the end of the day. Among his favorite places are the Eastern Sierra, Canadian Rockies, the desert near Joshua Tree, and the wilds of Nevada.
