DETAILS
The covered bridge sidewalk where I set up my easel at the Cedar Creek Grist Mill protected me from the steady rain. On weekends they still grind flour and corn under the heavy stone. It was built in 1876 and is located in Woodland, Washington. On our first visit we watched steal head swim up the waterfall. This is a hydro powered grist mill driven by the tube you see water running out of under the building. Ceder Creek Grist Mill 48"x48" Oil on Canvas
